2. Order
The making up of an order shall be performed independently by the Customer from his/her own cabinet. The Customers themselves manage to choose the item and add it in the cart. 3. Service Cost
Provision of service to the Customer is free of charge. The cost of service delivery will not be considered in the nearest future.
4. Refund Policy
The refund policy is determined within 7 working days. If the customer does not satisfy the product within 7 working days after the purchase / installation of the product, the product will not satisfy the customer, if the customer requested Alien Green LLC, he is ready to refund 90% of the amount paid if the purchase is up to 100 Georgian lari. The company holds 10% of the cost to cover the installation / dismantling of products and bank charges. The refund will be made within 1-3 business days after the return of the goods. 5. Terms of delivery
When buying products from the online store, you should specify the address to which you want to receive the goods. After completion of the transaction, the delivery and installation times for the purchased goods are 1-3 working days. In the case of purchasing our products from the website, the delivery / installation service is free. At this stage, we delivery the products in Tbilisi, Rustavi and Mtskheta. We plan to delivery / installation of our products in the near future: Gori, Kutaisi, Poti, Batumi In addition we are planning to export in Ukraine.
