Warranty Service
The "Alien Green" company congratulates you and thanks you for using our products and services. To avoid possible misunderstanding, please read carefully the Terms and Conditions of service: The warranty for any product produced by "Alien Green" LTD is defined for 2 years. When purchasing MOSTAT from us or from partner-stores, is presented in electronic form that is linked to the customer's web application account in the "Device Configuration" section.
The warranty terms presented are effective from the moment of linking the device to the customer's account.
Warranty service is provided if:
it is still valid, the Warranty Coupon properly filled in by the trade organization and the manufacturer is presented, the Warranty Coupon data is not changed, deleted or remade, there are no visual or mechanical defects in the Warranty Coupon or on the device, the device is used for its purposes.
If the damage is not caused by:
Liquid damage to the device isn‘t covered by warranty, circuit failure (voltage change), mechanical damages, corrosion, high or low temperature impact, violation of the terms of use and storage, repair-installation works carried out by a non-qualified person.
Replace:
In case of any manufacturing defects, the device will be replaced by a new one, within 3(three) working days (the item will be replaced in case the full set of the item is preserved). Also, the device should not have physical damages. If within the warranty period, the products of "MOSTAT" (printed board of the room temperature) and their components had technical failures, “Alien Green” LTD will replace the above-mentioned (printed boards) by new ones within 3 (three) working days.
